We will initiate the removal of confirmed content for your accounts and any content involved in F0, F1 or F2 issues. However, please also note that DMS content may be identified as suspicious and removed at its discretion. Once possible fraudulent content or accounts are discovered, a tification is made (see below) and your account can be blocked preventively in cases that seem to us to be very serious: the vampr terms and conditions, the Vampr Pro service agreement, the Vampr Privacy Policy („together the Vampr agreements“) are included in this agreement and form part of this agreement. This agreement is also to be read in connection with the Terms of Use, an agreement that is provided by our service provider for digital distribution solutions for our use and that is included in this agreement. In the event of any objection between this Agreement and the Vampr Agreements or the Terms of Use, the terms of this Agreement shall take precedence. All wholesale terms used in this Agreement, but not otherwise defined, have the meanings ascribed to them in the Vampr Agreements. (g) They acknowledge that, when providing digital distribution services, Vampr must enter into certain agreements with different distribution channels (including, but not limited to, digital distribution solution providers). The selection of such distribution channels and the terms of such agreements are at the sole discretion of Vampr. They agree that digital distribution services are subject to the applicable terms of these other agreements, which are entered into by Vampr through a distribution channel. You expressly acknowledge that certain distribution channels may require that your music titles or content be made available on their distribution channel at certain times and in certain formats with respect to the availability of such materials elsewhere in the market. To the extent that these requirements are not met, any distribution channel may have the right not to provide such music titles or content within that distribution channel or to cease availability.

Some distribution channels may also have other policies, conditions or conditions relating to the recording, exclusion or broadcast of your music titles or content on the platforms of those distribution channels, and it is your responsibility to review such policies, conditions or conditions, if any, and such policies, conditions or conditions are binding on you. You expressly acknowledge that Vampr has the right to communicate information about the sale of your music titles or content to third parties, to aggregate them into graphs and other comparative information materials and to disseminate such information and aggregations in any way. To monitor and track the use of music titles or content, an automated solution may be applied to music titles or content, and Vampr or its third-party providers have the right to use their own source and standard code for such purposes. If we discover one or more of these issues in your account content, you will receive a ticket or notification that we have discovered potentially illegal or unauthorized activity. If we do not choose to ask you these questions, this election will not change our right to terminate this agreement in accordance with paragraph 11 of this paragraph. . . .
